SANDIYIXIN Concludes Yunnan Team-Building Trip 202436
On December 4 and 11, 2024, SANDIYIXIN arranged a winter outbound teambuilding tour for all employees. Divided into two groups, the teams were led respectively by Chairman Chen Xiangbing and Deputy General Manager Zhang Ruhong on a four day three night trip across Lijiang and Dali in Yunnan Province.
At an altitude of 4,680 meters above sea level, despite potential altitude sickness risks, all SANDIYIXIN members braved frigid winds and harsh weather to climb Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. They conquered the 4,680 meter landmark and got up close with the iconic snow-capped peak.
After the mountain hike, the team slowed down to admire the fairyland like Blue Moon Valley and watched the grand outdoor performance Impression Lijiang. As night fell, everyone explored the bustling ancient town of Lijiang and sampled local featured delicacies.
Nestled against green mountains and facing Erhai Lake, the group cruised across the lake to Nanzhao Folk Island and took in stunning Shuanglang scenery. Away from the hustle of urban work, the picturesque landscapes of Dali refreshed staff, relieved work fatigue and recharged everyone with new motivation. 
During leisurely afternoons, employees enjoyed light music, casual singing and authentic local afternoon tea to experience laid-back local lifestyles.
The final travel day started with a memorable sunrise viewing, which brought a special ceremonial finish to the whole journey. The team danced freely with local ethnic performers in the famed "windy land", setting aside daily stress and worries to reset their mindset for future work.
Spanning from Shenzhen to Lijiang then Dali, the four day journey turned out to be an unforgettable getaway for relaxation and team bonding. Apart from enjoying the unique natural and cultural charms of Yunnan, colleagues deepened mutual understanding and strengthened team bonds while feeling the warmth of the SANDIYIXIN big family. Refreshed and energized, all staff are ready to embrace 2025 with full passion, unite closely and tackle new challenges on the company’s innovative development journey.
