SANDIYIXIN Guizhou Team-Building Tour Concludes Successfully45
There is more to life than daily routines, just as there is more to work than the regular commute. Stepping away from busy schedules, SANDIYIXIN employees embarked on a wonderful journey. In two groups departing on November 21 and 28 respectively, the team set off for a five-day, four-night tour across Guizhou.
On the first morning, everyone gathered at Shenzhen North Railway Station and headed for Guizhou. After a four hour high speed rail ride, the group arrived in Duyun and then proceeded to Laran Town. Surrounded by picturesque mountains and rivers, as well as ancient architectures and distinctive folk customs, everyone escaped the hustle and bustle of city life.
In the pleasant surroundings, many employees acted as amateur photographers and captured stunning landscape photos. Others posed for snapshots to record their lovely moments in the town.
As night fell, the fun continued. Many picked up microphones and sang joyfully, turning into talented singers one after another.
On the second morning, the group visited Pingtang Sky Bridge. As one of the world’s tallest three pylon cable stayed bridges, it is well known as the bridge complementing China's Sky Eye Observatory. Standing on the bridge with white clouds drifting nearby, everyone took out their phones to preserve the unforgettable scenes.
In the afternoon, the team arrived at Getu River Scenic Area in Ziyun County, Anshun. The name "Getu" derives from the Miao language, meaning a sacred place for traditional flower festivals. Visitors enjoyed intangible cultural heritage performances, including bare handed rock climbing and traditional fire walking stunts by local Miao artisans. They also explored Dahe Miao Village, a secluded paradise. Boasting the most concentrated karst landforms in Anshun, the scenic area is recognized as one of the world’s most beautiful karst landscapes.
The third morning was spent at the renowned Huangguoshu Waterfall, China’s largest waterfall and one of the most spectacular waterfalls worldwide. The magnificent flowing water impressed every member, like nature telling its timeless stories.
After the visit, the group checked in at Zhijin Hotel, located within Pingyuan Ancient Town in Zhijin Ancient City. Built in the style of Qing Dynasty imperial architecture while blending local terrain and folk traditions, the hotel perfectly combines classic charm with modern elegance, making guests feel as if they had traveled back through centuries.
On the fourth morning, the team toured Zhijin Grand Canyon. The site features well preserved geological relics such as valleys, natural skylights, sinkholes, natural bridges, underground rivers and steep cliffs. Its unique landscape of "water over water, cave above cave, bridge upon bridge and sky beyond sky" is hailed by geologists as a world-class karst wonder.
In the afternoon, the group traveled to Wujiang Village. Rebuilt based on original local settlements, the village retains tranquil natural scenery and traditional northern Guizhou folk houses, fully showcasing local folk culture. Cruising along the river with gentle breezes blowing, everyone felt utterly relaxed and refreshed. In the evening, many employees changed into local costumes to experience the authentic folk customs.
A lively bonfire party followed. All members joined hands and danced around the bonfire to the music and host’s rhythm, sharing joy with one another regardless of acquaintance.
On the fifth day, the group visited Jiaxiu Tower, a time honored ancient architecture that bears witness to the development of Guiyang. The tour came to a perfect end here.
This Guizhou trip allowed employees to admire stunning natural scenery and experience profound local culture. Over the five days, everyone gained precious memories and strengthened friendship. Moving forward, the whole team will return to work with greater enthusiasm and dedication.
