On May 12–13, 2023, all SANDIYIXIN employees attended a two-day, one-night summer team-building retreat in Nan’ao, Dapeng, Shenzhen.
On the morning of May 12, after a 1.5-hour drive, the team arrived in Nan’ao, Dapeng, and kicked off the first activity of the trip — an immersive CS team battle.
Set within a simulated battlefield environment, the game demanded close teamwork to defeat rival teams by eliminating the opposing team leader. The rigorous challenge fully tested each team’s tacit coordination and collaborative competence.
All participants competed fervently across the open battlefield, striving for victory with full dedication. The intense and exhilarating confrontations allowed every employee to release vitality and embody the team spirit to the fullest.
In the afternoon, despite light drizzle in Nan’ao, team members wearing customized black and green corporate Tshirts gathered on the beach to participate in a series of lively team challenges, including name tag elimination, caterpillar relay, pillow fight and tug-of-war.
All participants were divided into six groups. Each challenge was scored based on ranking, with the top three teams earning exclusive gifts as rewards. The session commenced with thrilling name tag elimination battles. Participants needed to tear off opponents’ name tags while protecting their own within the time limit, effectively sharpening their responsiveness and teamwork skills. The subsequent caterpillar relay, pillow fight and tug of war further highlighted the importance of collaboration. Only through clear role allocation and united efforts could teams secure final victory. Beyond competitive gameplay, the activity focused heavily on internal communication and team bonding. After the beach competitions, the team enjoyed beach barbecues and fine cuisines while appreciating the serene coastal night views. The relaxed and pleasant atmosphere relieved work stress and daily fatigue, greatly strengthening mutual bonds among colleagues.
As night fell, a bonfire was lit on the beach. Amid flickering flames, twinkling stars and rhythmic ocean waves, all employees joined hands and circled the bonfire, immersing themselves in the joyful atmosphere and pushing the evening celebration to continuous highlights.
On the second morning, the team headed to the seaside for an exciting sailing experience. Away from the bustling shore, everyone sailed across the crystal-blue ocean, enjoying pristine sea scenery and soothing waves in a peaceful private retreat. After lunch and a short rest, the team proceeded to the final activity — an exciting karting race, which delivered a perfect closing to the two day team building retreat. Wonderful leisure time always fleetingly passes. This summer team building activity offered a valuable chance for colleagues to communicate freely and enhance cross departmental understanding. It also served as an effective training exercise for team collaboration, making every member deeply aware of the power of unity. Remarkable achievements always stem from joint efforts and mutual collaboration.This unforgettable journey left precious memories for all participants.
